Surrounded with Love: A Kitten’s Happy Tail

Sierra and her roommate weren’t looking to adopt kittens – the kittens adopted them. Now they were best friends, and the little kittens would never be hungry, cold, or scared again. But they received quite the scare when Silly fell ill and needed emergency surgery to survive. Who could they turn to for help saving their sweet girl? With the help of our FurEver Friends, she was soon back to her silly self.

Unchaining and Animal Wellness on the Navajo Nation

In June, our RedRover Responders team headed back to Tuba City, Arizona, on the Navajo Nation. Since our partnership began with the Parker Project in June 2022, we returned for the fourth time to help with their monthly pet wellness clinic, as well as spending two days building safe enclosures for family dogs that live outdoors.

Survey Says..Kindness Wins!

Did you know RedRover publishes an animal magazine for kids? In 2017, we adopted Kind News™ magazine from the Humane Society of the United States. Since then, we’ve gathered lots of feedback from educators about the magazine and its impact. Just this past May, we surveyed our paper and digital subscribers. We found that 100% of those who completed the survey would recommend Kind News to others! Read on to learn the results of our most recent subscriber survey.

Creating Connections with
RedRover Outreach

This year we've been to the Humane Society of the United States’ Animal Care Expo, the Prairie States Animal Welfare Conference, and the American Veterinary Medical Association Convention, among other virtual and in person outreach events. We’ve been able to meet and learn from conference attendees from every facet of the animal welfare field, and cultivating these connections can help us increase our network of resources and expand our reach of services for people and pets in crisis.
