Roni adopted handsome pittie, Blue, after losing both parents and ending a long-term relationship in a matter of months. Blue’s chronic skin allergies had Roni checking him closely every day, so she noticed the tumor growing on the side of his face immediately. The mast cell tumor could only be treated with chemotherapy and surgery to be fully removed and prevented from spreading. Even after finding a more affordable veterinarian, the cost of surgery was out of reach for Roni, who had exhausted her savings on his treatment up to that point. Record Number of Pets Helped in Louisiana
RedRover headed back to West Monroe for the second time in 2025 to partner with our friends PAWS of Northeast Louisiana for an early November pet wellness and supply clinic. Both of our organizations teamed up to help 691 dogs and cats over two days, making this deployment our highest number of pets helped in a single wellness clinic to date!
