AVMA Conference: Connections reach new heights in DenverAt the American Veterinary Medical Association’s annual conference, RedRover’s former President and CEO Nicole Forsyth presented on “Beyond Mandatory Reporting: Developing Protocols for Early Detection of Abuse,” with Dr. Amanda Landis-Hanna, a veterinarian on our Board of Directors. This year, we also invited veterinary professionals to join our 25 by 2025 campaign with the goal of helping 25% of DV shelters become pet friendly by 2025.

From Cages to Couches – RedRover Responders in
MissouriThe RedRover Responders program’s June collaboration with National Mill Dog Rescue (NMDR) in Missouri saw over 100 small-breed dogs transported from a commercial breeding facility. Thanks to organizations like NMDR, these small, fluffy dogs had the resources and room to grow before moving on to their next chapter.
