A lifeline for Wolf the service dog
As a PTSD service dog for his Marine Corps veteran dad, Wolf is an invaluable member of his family. After several days of Wolf showing signs of lethargy, a vet confirmed that he was bleeding internally from a ruptured mass on his spleen and his life was at stake. Suddenly, the dog who served as a lifeline to his dad was in need of one himself – but living on a fixed income put the cost of the lifesaving surgery Wolf needed out of reach.

Because of supporters like you, RedRover was able to say “yes” when Wolf’s family reached out for help.

Collaborating on the Navajo Nation
After months of learning, talking, and collaborating with Navajo-led animal welfare groups, community members, and other experts in the field, the RedRover Responders team partnered with The Parker Project in Arizona for a community-wide effort to help spay/neuter, vaccinate, and treat dogs in need on the Navajo Nation. Read about this special project to remove barriers to care for pets and their people.
